The National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus is the registration system of all legal acts, which constitute the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The establishment of the National Register is carried out in accordance with the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No.369 of July 20, 1998. “On the National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus”.

Legislative acts included in the National Register are placed into the Standard Databank of Legal Information, and are also published in the official print version of the National Register.
Publication and updates of the National Register are the responsibility of the National Center of Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus.
In accordance with the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 124 of February 28, 2006, "On Bringing a Change to the Regulations on the National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus", legal acts that have been included into the National Register are subject to official publication in the print edition and the electronic version of the National Register, with an indication of the registration number of the National Register.
The electronic version of the National Register is an exact copy of its print edition and is published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus, simultaneously with the publication of the corresponding print edition.
