The journal publishes materials from leading scientists, practitioners, teachers, advanced students, postgraduates, covering current issues in the theory and practice of legal activity.
The journal is included by the Higher Attestation Commission in the List of scientific publications of the Republic of Belarus for publishing the results of dissertation research in legal sciences.
The journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications of the Russian Federation for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertation research in legal sciences.
Since 2014, the journal has been included in the scientometric database “Russian Science Citation Index” (RSCI), which has more than one and a half million registered readers from near and far abroad countries. Scientific articles are posted in the RSCI after the issue is published, which allows to increase the scientific citation rating of authors and their materials.
The publication frequency is 6 times a year. About 20 articles are published in each issue. The journal volume is about 140 pages.
