On Some Questions of Holding of Elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus

In order to secure all-round information of citizens of the Republic of Belarus about candidates for the President of the Republic of Belarus I DECREE:

1. To establish that the Central Commission of the Republic of Belarus on Holding of Elections and Republican Referenda during ten days since the day of registration of the candidate for the President of the Republic of Belarus shall publish in official issues declaration of incomes and property of the respective candidate.

2. The present Decree comes into effect since the day of its official publication.
