Decision

of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In connection with preparation and holding elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus decrees:

1. Ministry of Finances shall secure funds allocation for preparation and holding elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus within the bounds provided for these purposes in the republican budget.

2. State bodies, public associations, other organizations shall put for free at disposal of commissions on election of the President of the Republic of Belarus needed for preparation and holding of elections apartments, equipment, communication facilities (except of payment for subscriber remuneration and for international conversation) and also means of transport (with payment by commissions at the expense of earnmarkings).

3. Central Commission of the Republic of Belarus on Elections and Republican Referenda and Ministry of Finances shall establish control over purpose use of funds which are marked out according to the present Decision.
