Was born on the 8^th of September 1954, nationality – Belarussian, citizen of the Republic of Belarus by birth. Lives steady in the Republic of Belarus for at least ten years just before the elections.

Has a higher education – graduated from Minsk Higher Engineer Military College of Anti-aircraft and Artillery, Military Academy named after Marshal Zhukov, law faculty of the Moscow Commercial Institute. Military engineer on radio techniques.

Served in Soviet Army a commander duties. Served an international soldier’s duty. Worked as a senior specialist of the department of national security of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, as a deputy chairman of the Committee of Social Maintenance of Military Men by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

At present time he is the Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party, the chairman of the administration of social and political coalition “New Belarus-Unity”.
